Umer has been a midweek specialist in 2006, and his batting and bowling has been consistently good throughout. Where it not for the fact that the midweek batsmen retire on 25 runs, Umer would have several fifties under his belt right now.
Lets hope that 2007 will see Umer play in some Saturday league games and earn his Badger baggy cap!
