Pedro is the last founding member of Kirk Brae still playing, and after 25 years he is as valuable to the Badgers as ever. To display their appreciation the club recently awarded him a bat for his outstanding achievement both on and off the field.
He is a solid defensive batsman in the Geoff Boycott mould, who is more than capable of turning on the fireworks when required.
In the field Peter is most comfortable at first slip where cries of 'lets have a wee bit of urgency' and 'walking in' help motivate the sleepy badgers.
Peter's solid innings are built on a healthy foundation of cherry tomatoes and Deuchars IPA (Kirk Brae's own energy drink).
